Himalayan Charity Treks: Everest, Annapurna, Manaslu & Makalu for a Cause

SOS Solitary Trek for a Cause Step into the Himalayas, Step into Someone’s Future
In the shadow of the world’s highest mountains, there are children who walk hours each day just to reach a classroom, and families who trek for days to find basic medical care. Through SOS Himalaya Nepal, we are changing that — and you can be part of the journey.
Join our Solitary Trek for a Cause and take on one of Nepal’s legendary trails:
- Everest Base Camp Trek – Stand at the foot of the world’s tallest mountain while standing up for children’s futures.
- Makalu Base Camp Trek – Venture into one of Nepal’s most remote landscapes, bringing hope to communities often forgotten.
- Manaslu Circuit Trek – Circle the “Spirit Mountain” while helping fund vital education and healthcare projects.
- Annapurna Base Camp Trek – Journey into a land of snow-capped giants and ensure that no child’s dreams are cut short by distance or poverty.
- Every step you take helps us build schools, provide scholarships, equip clinics, and bring lifesaving health services to remote Himalayan villages.
Your trek becomes more than an adventure — it becomes a lifeline.
Support Us by Joining Our Mission in Makalu – Seduwa

- SOS Eco Farm
Our SOS Eco Farm is more than just land — it’s a lifeline.
Nestled in the fertile hills of Seduwa, the farm grows organic vegetables, fruits, and grains for schoolchildren, families, and the local market. It is:
A food source ensuring year-round nutrition in a region where shortages are common.
A learning space where students and farmers train in sustainable, chemical-free farming.
A community asset that generates income to support education and healthcare programs.
By working on the Eco Farm, you’ll plant seeds, harvest crops, and see firsthand how a small plot of land can feed not just stomachs, but dreams.
Why This Matters:
Makalu–Seduwa is a place of resilience, but also of need. When you intern, volunteer, or help on the farm, you’re not just giving your time — you’re:
- Strengthening local education systems so every child can learn.
- Expanding healthcare access in one of Nepal’s most remote corners.
- Building food security so no family has to go hungry.
Work with purpose. Learn with impact. Live the Himalayas.
In Makalu–Seduwa, every hour you give becomes a step toward a self-reliant, educated, and healthier Himalayan community. You’ll leave with stories, friendships, and the knowledge that you’ve planted something that will grow for generations.
